Shipping is applied in the cart depending on your area and order size after entering your billing details. Delivery is only available to Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas (oro valley, marana, Catalina, Sahuarita, etc)
Return policy
If you or your pet don’t love your order, it can be returned in most circumstances! Items you wish to return for a full refund must be in original packaging and purchased within the past 30 days. Pet food returns are accepted as long as you have half the bag or more, in the original bag and the receipt. Opened or used toys or treats are not returnable, unless the manufacturer guarantees satisfaction which must be printed on the packaging. All returns must take place in store. We can not refund any shipping or delivery costs or pick up items you wish to return. Any situation not covered by our return policy may be at the discretion of management but we always do our best to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
Loyalty Program
Due to terms and conditions set forth by pet food manufacturers, our loyalty program is currently available for in store purchases only. Unfortunately, any purchases made on our website for delivery do not qualify for the loyalty program at this time. Our in store shoppers can take part in our amazing loyalty program at any time, it is free of charge to sign up! Most pet food brands offer a buy 10 or 12 and get a free bag. We keep track of everything for you! We also have an awesome points program that will earn you store credit!
